Role Overview

Epicured is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and the IT team to translate operational needs into well-defined projects, requirements, and execution plans. Reporting to the CTO, this role will support cross-functional initiatives by managing timelines, documentation, and communication while helping Epicured scale its technology and operational infrastructure.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business, operations, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate regular project updates, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions with business owners and stakeholders.

  • Manage and mentor one direct report within the Project Management team.

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for communication and requests across the IT team.

  • Partner with business users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and operational processes.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

  • Recommend and implement tools to manage workflows as Epicured scales (project management, timeline, and feature-tracking tools).

  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

  • Coordinate across technology, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning, and post-launch follow-ups.

  • Maintain clear, organized project documentation and communication artifacts.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or hybrid PM/BA roles.

  • Strong familiarity with project management software, including Jira and other ticketing or workflow tools.

  • Experience working within software development lifecycles.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation discipline.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Willingness to be partially on-site in Glen Cove, NY.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the healthcare industry or regulated environments.

  • Familiarity with operational systems, enterprise platforms, or data-driven workflows.

  • Background supporting cross-functional teams in scaling organizations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience
