POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Manager will be responsible for the assessment, monitoring and identification of the organization’s training and development needs, primarily at the managerial level and for the effective coordination of training and development programs for the organization. The Program Manage designs, and implements effective methods for enhancing processes. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the staff and leadership

POSITION EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any other related field; an equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
  • Master’s degree in related fields preferred
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in a training capacity, with experience in content creation, maintenance of training processes, and the successful development of ongoing training and development programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to successfully present information to a group
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Incredible organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with providers
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven track record of effectively, interfacing, training, presenting information to multiple levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in writing and editing reports and other materials in the training and development.
  • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Understanding of industry best practices

  • Requires reasoning ability, good independent judgment and a high degree of competency.
  • Requires good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with frequent interruptions.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Plan, organize, and lead training programs consistent with guidelines and ensuring proper execution
  • Manage training across the program, supporting our collaborators about enrollment, monitoring accomplishments and key deadlines
  • Ensure consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across the program and oversee the planning, prioritization, and development of new training programs and initiatives, ensuring that these programs and initiatives are consistent with the overall strategies, objectives, and needs as identified by our collaborators.
  • Liaise with various other departmental heads and managers at DHR Health and its affiliates ensuring proper execution of ongoing education and training programs in order to achieve the desired results.
  • Continuously monitors external and internal benchmarks to assess performance level and recommend short- and long-term actions for achieving goals
  • Works in synergy with all other performance improvement programs of our collaborators.

B. Working Conditions : The individual spends over 95% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposures to noise. There is protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The position does have low exposure to malodorous, infectious body fluids from patients and some minimal exposure to noxious smells from cleansing agents.

C. Occupational Exposure: This position has minimal to no exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues and is an OSHA Category III (although situations can be imagined or hypothesized under which anyone, anywhere, might encounter potential exposure to body fluids). Person who performs these duties are not called upon as part of their employment to perform or assist in emergency medical care or first aid or to be potentially exposed in some other way.
