As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting compelling content, engage with our community, and amplify our brand voice across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Branding &amp; Visual Identity</li><li>Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistent visual identity.</li><li>Create logos, icons, and brand-specific graphic elements.</li></ul><ul><li>Digital Content Creation</li><li>Design social media creatives, story templates, carousel posts, highlight covers, reels thumbnails, GIFs, and motion graphics.</li><li>Create paid ad creatives (static, video, carousel ads) optimized for different platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads).</li><li>Design emailers, newsletters, and digital banners.</li><li>Work on website graphics, sliders, landing pages, and UI design support.</li></ul><ul><li>Print &amp; Offline Collaterals</li><li>Design brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and banners.</li><li>Create packaging designs, product labels, stickers, and inserts.</li><li>Create Event-related creatives like invites, presentations, and backdrops.</li></ul><ul><li>Product &amp; Campaign Visuals</li><li>Work on product photoshoots (editing, retouching).</li><li>Create mockups, catalog designs, and lookbooks.</li><li>Adapt creatives for seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and limited-time offers.</li></ul><ul><li>Multimedia &amp; Motion</li><li>Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads).</li><li>Create animations, transitions, and text-based motion graphics.</li><li>Support video production with creative inputs.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative Collaboration &amp; Research</li><li>Brainstorm ideas with marketing and content teams.</li><li>Research industry trends, competitor designs, and global inspirations.</li><li>Deliver innovative, modern, and aesthetic design solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>File &amp; Asset Management</li><li>Maintain organized design files, templates, and reusable assets.</li><li>Ensure correct formats and resolutions for web, print, and mobile use.</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Plan, design, and execute monthly content calendars.</li><li>Upload and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc..).</li><li>Write captions in coordination with the marketing/content team.</li><li>Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) and respond to community interactions.</li><li>Research trending hashtags, audio, and formats to boost reach.</li><li>Track and report analytics, suggesting creative improvements.</li><li>Coordinate collaborations, contests, and campaigns.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
