Job Description: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries efficiently and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Resolve order-related queries including delivery status, returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Provide timely updates to customers and ensure closure of tickets
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required
  • Assist customers with product-related information and guidance
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in languages like English & Hindi.
  • Comfortable handling customers on WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, order management systems)
  • Patient, problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
