About the Role:

We are looking for a Voice Process Executive to handle inbound and outbound client calls, provide accurate information, assist in case updates, and ensure a smooth communication experience for clients of our legal firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Provide clear information to clients regarding services and case status.
• Maintain call logs and update CRM with accurate details.
• Resolve basic client queries or route them to the concerned department.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and processes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (any two preferred).
• Confident voice modulation and polite telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
• Ability to handle client conversations calmly and professionally.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to work in a target-based or fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate
• Experience in voice process, customer support, or telecalling is an added advantage.

Salary:

• Competitive salary based on experience + incentives.
