Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (TAE) _ / _Customer support executive

Location: Malakpet, Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office)

Salary: D.O.E + INC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a TAE in a US IT staffing firm, you are primarily responsible for driving company growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the firm’s footprint in the US IT staffing market.

Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Actively research, identify, and develop new client accounts for IT staffing services in the US market through direct outreach, networking, cold calling, email campaigns.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-5 years of International Sales experience in Credit Card sales/Ar Caller / Internet plan sales / Mobile plans sales/ Holiday Package sales/ IT sales in US/UK/Canada etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong client relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Any bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in MS office
• Candidate should be in 10-12 kms radios from office of ready for relocation
