Learn how to close deals effectively.</li><li>Expertise in marketing strategies specific to the real estate industry.</li><li>Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse communities effectively.</li><li>Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.</li><li>Proven sales experience within real estate or related fields.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;to clearly convey complex concepts.</li><li>Organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in sales and or management is highly desirable.
