Duties

  • Develop, organize, and implement a structured mentorship program tailored for new and aspiring real estate investors.
  • You will be provided guidance on negotiation strategies, marketing techniques, and sales tactics to enhance mentee success.
  • training sessions covering key topics such as finding deals, how to close deals, real estate law, property management, and effective communication skills.
  • understanding and complying with proven methods of getting deals.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to program management, including tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Promote multilingual and bilingual communication opportunities to ensure inclusivity for diverse participants.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to be coached. Learn how to close deals effectively.

  • Proven sales experience within real estate or related fields.

  • Experience in sales and or management is highly desirable. Pay: $40,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
