• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and care.
• Leverage our marketing systems to generate and nurture qualified leads, driving them through the sales funnel with strategic follow-ups.
• Conduct thorough assessments of homebuyers' and sellers' needs, providing tailored advice and solutions to facilitate successful transactions.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments, using this knowledge to offer clients insightful guidance and advice.
• Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, while maintaining transparency and trust.

• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
