 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 College degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
 
 
 Previous customer service experience in a business or corporate environment.
 
 
 Demonstrated customer service experience beyond retail or call center support.
 
 
 Experience with SAP R/3 or equivalent ERP system.
 
 
 Minimum 6 months to 1 year of SAP experience including:
 
 
 Order entry
 
 
 Creating deliveries
 
 
 Invoicing
 
 
 Strong understanding of order management and customer fulfillment processes.
 
 
 
 Intermediate To Advanced Proficiency With Microsoft Office, Including
 
 
 
 Excel
 
 
 Word
 
 
 PowerPoint
 
 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
 
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 
 
 Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 Knowledge of Sales-to-Cash (STC) and/or Requisition-to-Pay (RTP) processes.
 
 
 Experience with Salesforce.com.
 
 
 Experience with SharePoint.
 
 
 Understanding of quality management systems.
 
 
 Project management experience.
 
 
 Experience working with inventory management and supply chain processes.
 
 
 Bachelor's degree.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Provide domestic customer service support while maintaining high-quality service standards.
 
 
 Process customer orders, pricing, documentation, and invoicing activities.
 
 
 Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
 
 
 Monitor sales orders through the entire order fulfillment process.
 
 
 Issue credit and debit memos as needed.
 
 
 Process samples, rebates, and other customer-related requests.
 
 
 Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, transportation, warehouse, and planning teams to meet customer needs.
 
 
 Utilize business unit tracking systems to manage customer requests and resolve disputes.
 
 
 Support continuous improvement initiatives, including best practices, training, and quality auditing activities.
 
 
 Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 requirements related to customer service processes.
 
 
 Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement effective solutions.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Analyze daily cash positions and ensure sufficient funding across bank and custodial accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate and approve electronic fund transfers, including internal and third-party transactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of cash activity, including deposits, disbursements, and transfers
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize treasury workstations and banking tools to analyze and report and journalize cash activity
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintained the Treasury Workstation (TWS), ensuring system accuracy, security, and uninterrupted daily operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with security, authorization, and statutory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconcile bank activity to general ledger and sub-ledgers; investigate and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports daily corporate and subsidiary cash positioning, reporting, and forecasting activities to ensure accurate liquidity management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with investment and short-term forecast teams to optimal utilization of surplus cash.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support financial reporting and monthly bank reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Document procedures, support cross-training, and contribute to process improvements and special projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for statutory deposits and regulatory compliance requirements.

 Required Job Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury cash management, accounting, finance, or the insurance industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in analyzing data and preparing financial reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of general ledger processes and reconciliations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cash management and banking systems/applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of cash management, accounting principles, and internal controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency with PC-based tools, including Excel, Access, or similar applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes and support business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working cross-functionally at all organizational levels, leading initiatives, and resolving complex problems.
