<div><ul><li>B.Sc. Nursing + MHA preferred <b>OR</b></li></ul>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or relevant field</li></ul>
<ul><li>10 to 12 years&rsquo; experience in senior nursing or clinical operations roles (Nursing Superintendent-level preferred)</li></ul>

<p>Key Responsibility Areas (not specific to):</p>
<div><p><b>A. Clinical Oversight &amp; Rounds</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Conduct daily clinical rounds across facilities and report to HCO with report.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review resident condition, nursing care quality, medication practices, infection control protocols.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure timely escalation to HCO and treating doctors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor care for dementia, behavioural symptoms, chronic illnesses, and post-operative needs.</li></ul>
</div>
<p><b>B. Documentation &amp; Audit Management</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Audit nursing notes, vitals, medication charts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Audit care plans, incident reports, infection control logs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Epoch SOPs and NABH standards.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide corrective training for documentation gaps.</li></ul>
</div>
<p><b>C. Quality Indicators (QI) &amp; Dashboard Monitoring</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Maintain and analyse QI dashboard.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Track fall rate, infection rate, hospitalizations, medication errors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify trends and initiate CAPA.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate facility data submission.</li></ul>
</div>
<p><b>D. Policy Implementation &amp; Clinical Governance</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Ensure adherence to all clinical SOPs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support SOP revision and roll-out.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Train staff in emergency response, dementia care, infection control, and documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Promote clinical excellence and accountability.</li></ul>
</div>
</div><div><p><b>E. Staff Supervision &amp; Training</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Support onboarding.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Mentor nursing team leaders.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with Facility Managers on operational needs.</li></ul>
</div>
<p><b>F. Family &amp; Physician Coordination</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Assist in communication with families.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, EMS.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.</li></ul>
</div>
<p><b>G. Operational Support</b></p>
<div>
<ul><li>Ensure facility readiness for move-ins and emergencies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversee medical inventory, oxygen systems, emergency trolleys.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support digital tool usage.</li></ul>
</div>
