Mandatory minimum qualification:
- B.Sc. Nursing + MHA preferred OR
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or relevant field
- 10 to 12 years’ experience in senior nursing or clinical operations roles (Nursing Superintendent-level preferred)
Key Responsibility Areas (not specific to):
A. Clinical Oversight & Rounds
- Conduct daily clinical rounds across facilities and report to HCO with report.
- Review resident condition, nursing care quality, medication practices, infection control protocols.
- Ensure timely escalation to HCO and treating doctors.
- Monitor care for dementia, behavioural symptoms, chronic illnesses, and post-operative needs.
B. Documentation & Audit Management
- Audit nursing notes, vitals, medication charts.
- Audit care plans, incident reports, infection control logs.
- Ensure compliance with Epoch SOPs and NABH standards.
- Provide corrective training for documentation gaps.
C. Quality Indicators (QI) & Dashboard Monitoring
- Maintain and analyse QI dashboard.
- Track fall rate, infection rate, hospitalizations, medication errors.
- Identify trends and initiate CAPA.
- Ensure timely and accurate facility data submission.
D. Policy Implementation & Clinical Governance
- Ensure adherence to all clinical SOPs.
- Support SOP revision and roll-out.
- Train staff in emergency response, dementia care, infection control, and documentation.
- Promote clinical excellence and accountability.
E. Staff Supervision & Training
- Mentor nursing team leaders.
- Coordinate with Facility Managers on operational needs.
F. Family & Physician Coordination
- Assist in communication with families.
- Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, EMS.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
G. Operational Support
- Ensure facility readiness for move-ins and emergencies.
- Oversee medical inventory, oxygen systems, emergency trolleys.
- Support digital tool usage.
