Qualifications * Proven experience in a customer-facing service role is essential. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrable talent for conflict resolution. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Proficiency in using common office software; experience with CRM systems is advantageous. * A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team. * Experience in the construction or home improvement industry would be beneficial but is not required.
