We're looking to grow our Karachi-based team with a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about performance marketing and creative content.Job Timing:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Local Time)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, create, and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns</li><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to generate high-quality leads</li><li>Create engaging ad content (copy + visuals) using tools like Canva or Photoshop</li><li>Optimize ongoing campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce ad spend</li><li>Work closely with the creative team to design compelling ad creatives</li><li>Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools</li><li>Contribute ideas to enhance the agency&rsquo;s digital marketing offerings</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and digital marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and lead generation strategies</li><li>Creative mindset with basic design skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools</li><li>Ability to work both independently and within a team</li><li>Good command of English (written and verbal)</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Basic Salary (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based Rewards &amp; Commissions</li><li>Opportunity to work with an international team and clients</li><li>Creative and professional working environment</li><li>One-month probation period (performance reviewed before confirmation)</li></ul>Hiring Process:<ul><li>A physical interview at our Karachi office is mandatory</li><li>Final selection and job confirmation will be made after the interview</li><li>All hires will undergo a 1-month probation period before full confirmation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have hands on experience in creating &amp; optimizing Meta/Google Ads for any brand?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Hands on Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
