Job descriptionMINIMUM EXPERIENCE - 2 to 4YEARS<ul><li>Prepare Preliminary Estimates at initial stages as well as Project Cost sheet</li><li>Pre-qualification of Vendors</li><li>Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of security, and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options</li><li>Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing</li><li>Prepare detailed Comparative Statements</li><li>To take the measurement from the site engineer and verification of the same with concerns and with actual site condition</li><li>Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data &amp; drawings</li><li>Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) &amp; bills with item rates from work</li><li>To get work done as per the protocol of the company and as per the work allotted</li><li>Prepare a summary sheet for the each and every material received on site/off site and submission of verified material list with work order along with tax invoice to account department for release of payment</li><li>Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors</li><li>Prepare &amp; process subcontractor bills</li><li>Bill certification from respective department</li><li>To follow up on the accounts department for payment</li><li>Preparing reconciliation statements</li><li>Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.</li><li>Contracts Administration and enforcement at the site. Coordination with team to ensure smooth execution and handover of detailed information</li><li>Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements</li><li>Preparation of Certifications for contractor/sub-contractor/vendors etc.</li><li>Ensure commercial, legal, statutory and contractual compliances of all subcontractors</li><li>Yearly Vendor evaluation</li><li>Working on ERP</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
