Job Purpose:

The Contracts Manager (Tendering) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, contract administration, and commercial aspects of interior fit-out and construction projects. This role ensures accurate cost estimation, risk assessment, and compliance with contractual obligations to optimize profitability and project success for Erecon Spaces Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:Tendering & Estimation:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for interior fit-out and construction projects in Pune and across India.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Identify and quantify material, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and technical clarifications.
  • Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Contracts Management:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and variations.
  • Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution.

Cost & Commercial Control:

  • Collaborate with the QS and Project Teams for budget alignment and cost tracking.
  • Monitor financial aspects of contracts including payments, invoices, and cost forecasting.
  • Provide commercial advice to support decision-making and profitability.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact for clients and consultants during the tendering phase.
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as necessary.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Prepare regular reports on tender performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹482,665.78 - ₹1,276,990.52 per year
