This is a hands-on role where you will do much more than just find candidates; you will be a central part of our day-to-day operations. Working directly with senior leadership, you will help to drive efficiency and growth across the organization. You will manage the full talent lifecycle&mdash;from initial sourcing to the technical nuances of the government contracting (GovCon) lifecycle. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a small-business environment where &quot;that&rsquo;s not my job&quot; doesn't exist. You will gain exposure to business operations, HR processes, and contract support, making this a premier opportunity for someone looking to master the GovCon ecosystem.You will manage everything from recruiting and formatting resumes to assisting with HR and security paperwork. Because this role involves coordinating between leadership, candidates, and partners, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can represent the company professionally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes to learn new things, and wants to see how a small government contracting business operates from the ground up.<ul><li>Recruiting &amp; Sourcing: Manage job postings, source talent on LinkedIn and Indeed, and lead candidate communications</li><li>Candidate Submission: Accurately format and edit Prime resume templates to meet strict government bid requirements</li><li>Security &amp; Compliance: Coordinate the submission of security documentation and track candidate clearance statuses</li><li>HR &amp; Operations: Assist with the development of HR policies and provide support for contracting tasks and labor law alignment</li><li>Administrative Support: Use Google Suite, Microsoft Excel &amp; Word, Slack, and Asana to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently</li></ul>This position allows telework.Experience Required skills:​​​​<ul><li>GovCon Background</li><li>Direct experience in government contracting recruiting, preferably within a small business environment</li><li>Tech Savvy - Proficient with:</li><li>Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>Indeed</li><li>Microsoft Excel</li><li>Microsoft Word</li><li>Google Suite</li><li>Asana</li><li>Slack</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>High level of precision in document formatting and administrative tracking</li><li>Grit &amp; Resilience</li><li>You tackle difficult challenges head-on and don't back down in the face of adversity.
