Whether managing front desk duties or assisting with clerical tasks, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and productive workplace.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage the front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, direct calls, and handle messages efficiently</li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff or clients</li><li>Handle filing, document proofreading, and organize office supplies to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Support office management activities by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and overseeing general administrative tasks</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Wordperfect, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry accuracy</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Experience as a legal assistant or law office receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required</li><li>Knowledge of office management best practices including filing systems, calendar management, and office supply organization</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant to be at the heart of our operations&mdash;supporting our team, delighting our visitors, and ensuring our office functions seamlessly.
