With strong product acceptance and an expanding footprint across India, we are now scaling our field sales operations at state level.Role OverviewWe are hiring a highly experienced and result-driven State Sales Manager to lead, train, and grow Medical Representatives (MRs) and drive state-wide business operations. The candidate must have prior experience in establishing new pharma companies, launching new divisions, or scaling franchise-based/ethical pharma networks.This role requires leadership, consistency, strong doctor-connect, and deep understanding of pharma field sales execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end state sales operations, including MR teams, distributors, and stockists.</li><li>Recruit, train, guide and monitor Medical Representatives / Territory Business Executives.</li><li>Ensure daily MR reporting, route planning, doctor coverage and monthly visit frequency.</li><li>Build strong business relationships with doctors (GPs &amp; Specialists), stockists, chemists &amp; hospitals.</li><li>Drive primary and secondary sales, ensuring consistent monthly achievement.</li><li>Execute market strategies, schemes, product visibility, and doctor engagement activities (CME, branding, samplings).</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and provide product/market intelligence to management.</li><li>Maintain discipline in reporting, compliance, and ethical field promotion standards.</li><li>Coordinate with management for supply chain, marketing material, new launches, and state expansion roadmap.</li><li>Scale presence across the state through PCD/ethical network development where applicable.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience&#10004; 6&ndash;12 years of pharma field experience &#10004; Minimum 2&ndash;4 years in a Team Handling / State / Regional Manager Role &#10004; Experience launching or scaling fast-growing pharma brands, PCD divisions or startup pharma companies &#10004; Strong command of doctor conversion, MR training, field execution and sales tracking &#10004; Good network of doctors, stockists and market connections in assigned state &#10004; Target-driven, disciplined, confident communicator and strategic thinker &#10004; Willingness to travel extensively across the stateWhat We Offer<ul><li>Competitive monthly salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Independence to lead and build a state sales structure</li><li>Long-term growth path toward Zonal Sales Manager / National Sales Head</li><li>Supportive work culture with marketing, logistics, and promotional backing</li></ul>How to ApplySend your resume to: info@eridanushealth.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 05/01/2026
