The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company&rsquo;s integrated marketing strategies to promote its FinTech products and services, drive merchant and customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility in alignment with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Corporate Governance Guidelines. This role leads cross-functional campaigns, digital engagement, content creation, event marketing, and brand positioning efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance in all public communications.The Marketing Manager supports business growth across POS solutions, payment gateways, wallets, and digital services, ensuring the company&rsquo;s brand remains competitive, credible, and customer-centric in the FinTech landscape.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing Planning<ul><li>Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company objectives and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Identify target segments, buyer personas, and competitive positioning across the company's product suite.</li><li>Translate business goals into campaign objectives, KPIs, and tactical execution plans.</li></ul>2. Digital &amp; Content Marketing<ul><li>Oversee the digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media marketing.</li><li>Plan and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and regional platforms.</li><li>Lead content strategy development including blogs, videos, case studies, thought leadership, and product guides.</li></ul>3. Brand Management &amp; Communications<ul><li>Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and ensure all marketing materials align with QCB disclosure and communication guidelines.</li><li>Develop and manage PR activities, press releases, media engagement, and corporate communications.</li><li>Supervise design and production of collaterals including brochures, banners, infographics, and POS materials.</li></ul>4. Product &amp; Merchant Marketing<ul><li>Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and CX teams to create and launch go-to-market plans for POS, wallet, card, and gateway solutions.</li><li>Design merchant engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, and transactional incentive initiatives.</li><li>Create product-focused marketing assets including FAQs, tutorials, onboarding kits, and sales enablement tools.</li></ul>5. Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Conduct ongoing market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic planning.</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation, market penetration, and customer experience improvement.</li></ul>6. Event Marketing &amp; Partnerships<ul><li>Plan and execute the company&rsquo;s participation in industry events, trade shows, fintech expos, and speaking engagements.</li><li>Support the business development team with co-branded campaigns, partnerships, and cross-promotional activities.</li></ul>7. Team Leadership &amp; Agency Management<ul><li>Lead a team of marketers, content creators, and digital specialists; oversee performance, mentorship, and alignment.</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, and digital marketing consultants.</li></ul>8. Compliance &amp; Risk Awareness<ul><li>Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to QCB's Corporate Governance Guidelines, advertising standards, and anti-misinformation rules.</li><li>Collaborate with legal and compliance to review financial promotions and product claims.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation for marketing approvals, disclaimers, and audit purposes</li></ul>EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Marketer, CIM, Digital Marketing Certification) preferred.</li><li>6&ndash;8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within FinTech, banking, payments, or technology sectors.</li><li>Proven track record in multi-channel campaign management, brand development, and digital marketing leadership.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement officer to manage both local and international purchasing activities. The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of high-quality goods in line with the company&rsquo;s quality, sustainability, and local sourcing standards.Key Responsibilities1. Procurement &amp; Sourcing<ul><li>Supervise end-to-end procurement processes for local and international suppliers.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors / suppliers in line with the company's proper documentation, internal evaluation, and obtaining necessary approvals before onboarding or engagement.</li><li>Conduct internal assessments of suppliers and vendors, and present evaluations, risks, and recommendations to management for approval and decision-making.</li><li>Source products, materials, and services at competitive prices aligned with quality, sustainability, and local sourcing standards.</li></ul>2. Vendor Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and SLAs.</li><li>Conduct periodic supplier reviews and maintain a preferred vendor register.</li></ul>3. Purchase Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (store, kitchen, production, finance, and legal) to understand procurement needs and ensure smooth approvals.</li><li>Liaise with finance for budget approvals and payment processing, and escalate contract terms to legal for review where applicable.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation for all procurement transactions.</li></ul>4. International Procurement<ul><li>Handle international sourcing including supplier communication, shipment coordination, and documentation.</li><li>Work closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth import processes and timely delivery.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local import regulations and standards in Qatar.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Track procurement budgets and optimize costs.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.</li><li>Provide regular reports to the Operations head / Finance on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.</li><li>Track and report against KPIs including cost savings achieved, on-time delivery rate, supplier performance scores, and budget adherence.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in retail, F&amp;B, or FMCG.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in both local and international sourcing.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Solid knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent).</li><li>Familiarity with procurement platforms or inventory management software.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
