Executive Assistant Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.</li><li>Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.</li><li>Conduct research and compile relevant data to aid executive decision-making.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.</li><li>Prepare expense reports and oversee executive budgeting.</li></ul>Office Manager Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.</li><li>Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.</li><li>Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.</li><li>Support the Operations Team as required to ensure compliance across all areas.</li><li>Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.</li><li>Liaise with service providers and negotiate contracts for office-related services.</li><li>Assist the executive team with various HR functions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluency in English is essential.</li><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or a similar role.</li><li>Excellent organisational and time-management skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform well under pressure.</li><li>High level of discretion and confidentiality.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
