We are looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the operational backbone of our Doha office, based at Qatar Science &amp; Technology Park (QSTP) with a secondary office in Westbay (Alfardan Towers). This is a high-trust, high-visibility, dual-function role combining founder support, on-site team coordination, and office leadership.You will be the most senior person on the ground in Doha day-to-day. Your job is to ensure the people, the environment, and the operational rhythm of our work are all running smoothly &mdash; keeping founders unblocked, the team focused, and the office running professionally.What You&rsquo;ll DoOn-Site Presence &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the Doha team, providing a consistent and dependable physical presence at QSTP.</li><li>Keep founders informed with regular, candid updates on attendance, morale, workload, and anything requiring their attention.</li><li>Translate founder direction into clear task lists and follow-ups, ensuring the on-site team is always organised and unblocked.</li><li>Coordinate team schedules, leave, and logistics so founders can stay focused on building the business.</li></ul>Founder &amp; Leadership Support<ul><li>Own founders&rsquo; calendars, travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones including the UK, US, France, and Qatar.</li><li>Prepare briefing notes, meeting agendas, and action logs so every founder interaction is purposeful and well-prepared.</li><li>Track open decisions, commitments, and follow-up actions across a distributed leadership team &mdash; nothing falls through the cracks.</li><li>Coordinate investor and partner logistics: scheduling, materials, and data room management.</li></ul>Business Operations &amp; Office Management<ul><li>Track company-wide priorities and ensure the on-site team is aligned and executing against them.</li><li>Support end-to-end hiring logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding for Doha-based roles.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and administrative coordination with suppliers.</li><li>Oversee day-to-day office operations: facilities, equipment, supplies, and service contracts.</li><li>Handle petty cash, expense reconciliation, and basic financial administration in coordination with the finance function.</li><li>Organise team events, founder visits to Doha, client and partner meetings, and company milestones.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking ForYou are an experienced operator who prides yourself on making teams and leaders more effective. You bring calm and clarity to fast-moving environments and you do not need to be reminded twice.Essential<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in operations, executive support, office management, or a Chief of Staff function, with some experience coordinating or supervising others.</li><li>Proven ability to keep a small team organised and productive without being a subject-matter expert in what the team builds.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>High discretion and sound judgement &mdash; you will regularly handle confidential information and be the most senior person on-site.</li><li>A proactive, self-directed mindset: you spot what needs doing, follow through without being chased, and escalate appropriately.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Prior experience in technology, financial services, or professional services; start-up exposure is a strong advantage.</li><li>Genuine curiosity about artificial intelligence and enthusiasm for working at the frontier of an AI-driven business. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company&rsquo;s integrated marketing strategies to promote its FinTech products and services, drive merchant and customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility in alignment with Qatar Central Bank (QCB) Corporate Governance Guidelines. This role leads cross-functional campaigns, digital engagement, content creation, event marketing, and brand positioning efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance in all public communications.The Marketing Manager supports business growth across POS solutions, payment gateways, wallets, and digital services, ensuring the company&rsquo;s brand remains competitive, credible, and customer-centric in the FinTech landscape.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Marketing Planning<ul><li>Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company objectives and regulatory expectations.</li><li>Identify target segments, buyer personas, and competitive positioning across the company's product suite.</li><li>Translate business goals into campaign objectives, KPIs, and tactical execution plans.</li></ul>2. Product &amp; Merchant Marketing<ul><li>Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and CX teams to create and launch go-to-market plans for POS, wallet, card, and gateway solutions.</li><li>Design merchant engagement campaigns, loyalty programs, and transactional incentive initiatives.</li><li>Create product-focused marketing assets including FAQs, tutorials, onboarding kits, and sales enablement tools.</li></ul>5. Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Conduct ongoing market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to support strategic planning.</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation, market penetration, and customer experience improvement.</li></ul>6.
