The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads and promote Life and Health Insurance products through cold calling and client interaction.Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.Skills &amp; Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in Life or Health Insurance sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle cold calling and convert leads effectively.Goal-oriented with a proactive approach toward achieving targets.Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
