Job Title: Life & Health Insurance Executive

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)

Work Mode: On-site (2nd & 4th Saturday – Work from Home)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Life & Health Insurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and promote Life and Health Insurance products through cold calling and client interaction.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable insurance products.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Life or Health Insurance sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cold calling and convert leads effectively.

Goal-oriented with a proactive approach toward achieving targets.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
