Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Associate Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion. In this role, you will manage a team of BDMs, ABDMs, and TLs , ensure consistent funnel management, and drive revenue growth in your territory. You’ll combine people leadership and direct execution to scale NxtWave’s presence in new regions.
