Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday, 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)

About the Role
Reliance Animation Academy (Franchisee – Nerul) is hiring a Female Counsellor for Animation, VFX, and 3D courses, combining student counselling, admissions, and course sales responsibilities to support academy growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Animation, VFX, and 3D courses, career paths, and skill development
• Handle inquiries (walk-ins, phone, and online) and convert them into admissions
• Achieve monthly targets for animation course sales, enrolments, and revenue generation
• Assist in admission procedures and maintain accurate student records
• Coordinate with faculty and management for student progress updates
• Participate in promotional, marketing, and outreach activities for the academy

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Education/Animation background preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor, preferably in animation or education/training institutes
• Proven track record in course sales, student enrolments, or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
