1. Master’s Degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Career Guidance / Education / Child Development. Essential

2. Postgraduate Diploma / Certification in Career Counselling, Guidance, or Counselling Psychology from a recognized university or institution (e.g., NCERT, NIEPA, IGNOU, or reputed private institutions). Essential

3. B.Ed / M.Ed with specialization or training in guidance and counselling. Optional

4. Experience-

2–5 years of experience in student counselling, guidance, or related educational fields (for senior schools).

Conducting career guidance sessions, psychometric testing, aptitude assessments, and one-on-one counselling.

Familiarity with college admission processes (India & abroad).

Exposure to CBSE, ICSE, or IB school systems.

Key Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of career options, academic pathways, and emerging fields.

Ability to administer and interpret psychometric and aptitude tests.

Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Record keeping and report writing skills.

Collaboration with teachers and parents to guide students effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
