About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused female candidates to join our team as Immigration Counsellors. This opportunity is open for both undergraduates (interns) and fresh graduates. Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients on immigration and visa processes (UK, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, etc.)
• Assist with applications, documentation, and submission procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Stay updated with immigration policies and provide clear information to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (BBA preferred, but open to all).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English-speaking and writing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation.
• Professional, approachable, and client-oriented mindset.
• Only female candidates are eligible for this position.
