About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and versatile 3D Generalist with at least 2 years of professional experience in 3D production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple areas of the 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.

You will be working closely with our creative and technical teams to produce high-quality 3D assets and scenes for films, commercials, virtual production, and other digital media projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D assets, environments, and props with attention to detail and realism.
• Work across the entire 3D pipeline — including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing.
• Collaborate with animators, rigging artists, and VFX specialists to ensure seamless project integration.
• Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D tools, plugins, and production techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a 3D Generalist in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Maya / Blender / 3ds Max (knowledge of any one or more).
• Strong understanding of texturing (Substance Painter / Photoshop) and lighting & rendering (Arnold / V-Ray / Unreal Engine).
• Basic knowledge of rigging and animation workflows.
• Familiarity with compositing tools such as After Effects or Nuke is a plus.
• Excellent artistic sense, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in virtual production, game asset creation, or cinematic animation projects.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine will be an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and quality of work.
