Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Admission Counsellor with a logistics background to join our growing team at Route Academy, Malappuram. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts, and hands-on experience in managing student inquiries and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student enquiries and provide detailed counselling on logistics and related programs.
• Maintain and update student data using CRM software.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into admissions.
• Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student onboarding.
• Conduct career guidance sessions and participate in promotional activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Prepare reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
