Job Title: Dispatch Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee and streamline daily dispatch operations. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating with transport and warehouse teams, optimizing delivery routes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule dispatch operations efficiently

Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams

Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times

Monitor dispatch progress and resolve delivery issues

Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance

Lead and train dispatch staff

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field

4+ years of dispatch/logistics experience

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
