Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor
Location:Use Google Maps) Rama Polythread Pvt Ltd, S-34 Higna MIDC
Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (may extend to 10:00 PM on some days)
2 holidays per month (with prior approval from the manager)

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to oversee and manage daily dispatch operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all outgoing materials are correctly prepared, accurately loaded, and dispatched on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and hands-on supervision of the loading team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the loading of trucks with the correct materials as per dispatch requirements
• Take full responsibility for verifying the number of bags being dispatched
• Manage and oversee loading labour, ensuring efficient and safe loading practices
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations
• Maintain dispatch records and ensure documentation accuracy
• Be available to extend working hours (up to 10 PM) on days of high dispatch volume

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dispatch/logistics or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a team of labourers and coordinate under time constraints
• Physically fit and willing to work long hours when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
