Dispatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise day-to-day packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the packaging process.

● Monitor and guide the packing team, providing training and direction to ensure adherence to packing standards.

● Ensure proper packaging of batteries and materials, following safety guidelines and quality control protocols.

● Oversee packing material inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations.

● Implement and maintain quality checks during packing to ensure products meet required specifications.

● Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of products.

● Monitor equipment used in the packing process, ensuring proper maintenance and smooth functionality.

● Prepare and maintain packing reports, tracking production numbers, materials used, and overall performance.

● Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Skills and Requirements:

● 3 years of experience in a packing or supervisory role, preferably in the battery or manufacturing industry.

● Technical knowledge related to packing machinery and processes.

● Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and direct the packing team.

● Attention to detail to ensure quality control in packaging.

● Knowledge of safety standards related to packaging and handling of materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
