Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Industry: Refinery / Oil & Gas / FMCG (Edible Oils & Allied Products)
Position: Dispatch Manager
Salary: Up to ₹12 Lakh per annum (Negotiable)
Experience: 15+ Years (Refinery / Process Industry preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Dispatch Manager with a proven track record in refinery or process industries. The role involves complete responsibility for dispatch, logistics, and transportation management from the Gandhidham plant, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage dispatch operations of refined edible oils & allied products.
• Ensure timely delivery as per sales and distribution requirements.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, quality, and sales teams for dispatch planning.
• Manage transport contracts, freight negotiations, and logistics vendors.
• Monitor dispatch schedules, vehicle movement, and transit compliance.
• Ensure all statutory documentation (invoices, challans, e-way bills, gate passes, etc.) is complete.
• Maintain compliance with refinery safety standards and SOPs during dispatch.
• Lead a dispatch/logistics team, providing training and performance monitoring.
• Optimize logistics costs and operational efficiency through best practices.
• Prepare MIS reports and present to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Industrial, or Logistics preferred).
• 15+ years’ experience in dispatch/logistics operations in refinery or large-scale process industry.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems for dispatch management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume dispatches in a time-sensitive environment.
