Job Description &ndash; Maintenance Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM (ERW / Tube Mill Division)Location: Bhachau, Gujarat Department: Mechanical Maintenance &ndash; Metallurgy / Tube Mill Division Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Salary Range: &#8377;15&ndash;28 LPAKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and oversee the entire Mechanical Maintenance Department for the ERW / Tube Mill (Metallurgy Division).</li><li>Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all critical equipment.</li><li>Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of machines used in CRW / CDW / Galvanization / ERW Pipe Manufacturing processes.</li><li>Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices.</li><li>Supervise maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and reliability standards.</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance budgeting.</li><li>Identify and drive process improvement, energy conservation, and cost optimization initiatives.</li><li>Ensure timely maintenance documentation, audits, and reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Projects teams for plant modification or expansion activities.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, utilities, and rotating equipment.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Metallurgy, Steel, ERW / Tube Mill, or Pipe Manufacturing Plants.</li><li>Sound knowledge of plant maintenance planning, CMMS systems, and reliability engineering.</li><li>Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team effectively.</li></ul>Email id : resume@theactivegroup.incont : 9904582301Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;150,000.00 - &#8377;1,800,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
