Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics

• 4–6 years (Solar Plant Maintenance)
• Job Description (JD):

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the daily operation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and performance monitoring of the Captive Solar Power Plant.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues in solar panels, inverters, and associated equipment, maintaining high-voltage systems, and ensuring strict safety compliance. The role also requires regular coordination with the Power Transmission Station and the Kutch Plant team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily performance of the solar plant and maintain operation logs
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for panels, inverters, SCB, transformers, and switchgear
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore operations with minimal downtime
• Maintain and operate high-voltage equipment (HT panels, VCBs, cables, protection systems)
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and electrical safety protocols
• Support SCADA monitoring and reporting
• Coordinate with PTS (Power Transmission Station) & Kutch Plant for power evacuation and maintenance schedules
• Prepare technical reports, breakdown analyses, and maintenance records
