Position: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 4–7 Years (Dispatch / Logistics / Supply Chain)
Salary: As per industry standards (₹45K–55K depending on experience)
Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline; preference: Logistics / Supply Chain background)
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage dispatch operations ensuring timely deliveries.
• Allocate daily tasks to dispatch staff and monitor loading/unloading activities.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse, and customers for smooth dispatch flow.
• Verify and maintain dispatch documents (invoices, challans, LR, e-way bills, GST docs).
• Prepare and monitor dispatch schedules, MIS reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure proper material handling, vehicle planning, and route optimization.
• Track vehicle movement and update management on delivery status.
• Handle any logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and compliance norms.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• 4–7 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
