Warehouse Manager (Building Material)

Inbound & Outbound

Coordination:

 Coordinate inbound activities including receipt of materials from

vendors, transporters, and third parties.

 Monitor materials against invoice quantities; escalate and resolve

any quantity mismatches or quality issues promptly.

 Ensure all materials are uploaded accurately and recorded in

ERP/WMS.

Warehouse Operations &

Planning:

 Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring smooth and

safe operations.

 Manpower Planning & Management as per work load

 Managing all the operational activities at 3PL Warehouse

 Manage warehouse shifting or reorganization projects, when

required.

 Plan and procurement of packaging materials and warehouse

stationery as needed.

 Review daily order punching, dispatch status, and material flow.

 Handle day-to-day operational challenges effectively and

efficiently.

Dispatch & Logistics

Management:

 Monitor daily dispatches as per dispatch plan.

 Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) agencies for timely and

accurate deliveries.

 Review and manage logistics plans, vehicle availability, and

dispatch scheduling.

 Address and resolve logistics-related complaints (e.g., delay,

short/excess delivery).

Storage & Inventory

Management:

 Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems to track

stock accurately.

 Ensure proper storage of materials and optimal utilization of

warehouse space.

 Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with ERP

system.

 Monitor and maintain stock levels as per Min-Max planning; ensure

timely replenishment of low-stock items.

 Plan and execute liquidation strategies for non-moving inventory.

 Oversee sale return processing and clearance.

Stakeholder

Coordination:

 Liaise with Purchase team for product availability and

replenishment needs.

 Collaborate with the Customer Connect team for dispatch plans,

delays, and issue resolution.

 Coordinate with Sales and third party logistic for smooth outbound

operations.

 Coordination With Account Team for payment

Cost & Operational

Efficiency:

 Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across

warehousing and logistics operations without compromising

service quality.

 Monitor usage of packaging and consumables; optimize material

planning to reduce wastage and costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
