Warehouse Coordinator – Paraayan

About the Role: We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities including inventory, storage, dispatch, and logistics. The role requires attention to detail, basic warehouse knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records with minimal variance. Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Follow FIFO/FEFO processes for stock movement. Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth deliveries. Prepare basic daily/weekly stock & dispatch reports. Ensure warehouse safety, compliance, and SOP adherence. Support and guide warehouse staff in daily tasks.

Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.6 months – 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics. Basic knowledge of ERP/Excel & warehouse processes. Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
