Job DescriptionSeeking a professional HR Manager / Project Manager to oversee international teams, recruitment operations, projects, and internal systems using the company CRM.This role includes mandatory training, evaluation, and a probationary period before final confirmation.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Manage employees based in Africa, Pakistan, and Iran.</li><li>Receive projects from management, plan, divide, and assign tasks.</li><li>Act as Project Manager to ensure timely task completion.</li><li>Monitor productivity and project progress.</li></ul>CRM &amp; Reporting (Mandatory)<ul><li>Use the company CRM for team and project management.</li><li>Maintain daily and weekly reports in the CRM.</li><li>Ensure all tasks, updates, and performance records are logged properly.</li></ul>Attendance &amp; Working Hours<ul><li>Ensure all employees log check-in and check-out times in the system.</li><li>Monitor attendance and compliance with working hours.</li><li>Maintain discipline and punctuality.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; HR Operations<ul><li>Prepare monthly salary payslips.</li><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation.</li></ul>Training &amp; Internal Systems<ul><li>Complete a 3-day structured training and 5&ndash;6 hours of CRM/system training.</li><li>Fully understand company workflows.</li><li>Record internal training videos for employees.</li><li>Guide team members on CRM and company processes.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms.</li><li>Source candidates from multiple countries.</li><li>Conduct initial interviews.</li><li>Shortlist candidates and present final candidates to management.</li></ul>Training, Exam &amp; Salary Policy<ul><li>Mandatory 3-day training program.</li><li>Evaluation/exam after training completion.</li><li>If the exam is passed:</li><li>Candidate proceeds to onboarding.</li><li>Training days will be counted as paid working days.</li><li>If the exam is failed:</li><li>Candidate will not be onboarded.</li><li>Training days will be unpaid.</li></ul>Office Timings<ul><li>Onsite Karachi based</li></ul>&middot; Working Days: Monday to Saturday<ul><li>Working Hours: 11:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM (Pakistan Time)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Project Management.</li><li>Ability to handle a dual role (HR Manager + Project Manager).</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.</li><li>Experience managing international and remote teams.</li><li>Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting.</li><li>Willing to work full-time from the office in Karachi.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>International exposure.</li><li>Leadership and growth opportunities.</li><li>Structured CRM-based working environment.</li><li>Competitive salary (based on experience).</li><li>Confirmation after successful 2-month probation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job SummaryWe are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with strong experience in React.js and Next.js to build modern, high-performance web applications.
