About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads. This role requires a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, and link-building techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Build and execute ethical link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs including rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Manage local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates through SEO insights.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as:
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs
• SEMrush
• Screaming Frog
• Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience with keyword research, backlink analysis, and SEO reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international SEO campaigns.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
• Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows and content optimization tools.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
