FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES &bull; Independently manage small/medium events. &bull; Estimate event costs, track expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget. &bull; Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure competitive pricing and quality. &bull; Coordinate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee their performance. &bull; Engage with attendees, delegates, partners, and other relevant parties to achieve the highest satisfaction ratio. &bull; Identify, select and suggest venue to the budget owner for approvement. &bull; Set up event spaces according to Marketing Brand Guidelines. &bull; Create an attractive and cohesive visual experience for attendees. &bull; Coordinate team members allocated from other departments. Provide clear instructions to team members. &bull; Create and manage satisfaction surveys. Analyze survey results and report findings. &bull; Manage event microsites and apps. &bull; Handle merchandise stock and shipping. &bull; Deploy invitation campaigns via relevant communication channels. Set up user-friendly online registration processes. &bull; Contract live presentations and demonstrations. &bull; Utilize digital analytics and post-event follow-up. &bull; Implement automated follow-up campaigns to nurture leads. &bull; Evaluate event investments, Analyze return on investment (ROI) for each event. &bull; Produce promotional materials and company giveaways. &bull; Proofread, update, and produce marketing materials. &bull; Ensure consistent corporate identity alignment. &bull; Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company. REQUIREMENTS Education: &bull; Bachelor's degree, BA/BS required, MBA strongly desired or equivalent work experience. Experience: &bull; Years of work experience: 3 years of experience in event management and marketing production. (2 years of experience in project management is advantage) Knowledge: &bull; Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word. &bull; Time Management. &bull; Planning, organizing skills &bull; Strong writing skills for content creation, message composition, and email communication. &bull; Preparation of materials for effective presentations and video content. &bull; Natural ability to influence, assert oneself, and defend one&rsquo;s own opinion. &bull; Adherence to standard processes for event management: planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating. &bull; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. &bull; Openness, willingness to collaborate, and approachability. &bull; Ability to listen to internal customer requirements, seek solutions, and find resolutions. &bull; High degree of independence. &bull; Creativity. &bull; Positive mindset and resilience in the face of setbacks &bull; Assertiveness &bull; Leadership Language: &bull; English: B1 Communication: &bull; Excellent verbal communication skills. Managerial skills: &bull; N/A Personal characteristics: &bull; Attention to detail. &bull; Results-oriented.
