Plan and allocate production orders (single and bulk) in ERP based on supplier capacity and performance.</li><li>
Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of orders.</li><li>
Oversee supplier efficiency, analyze performance data, and optimize workload distribution.</li><li>
Coordinate FBA production and ensure timely readiness of bulk inventory for shipment.</li><li>
Manage warehouse inventory through ERP, ensuring accuracy and smooth stock movement.</li><li>
Forecast product and material requirements to maintain balanced inventory levels.</li><li>
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>
Maintain reports on production status, supplier utilization, and inventory performance.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
3-4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management (preferably apparel/leather).</li><li>
Strong ERP knowledge and Excel skills.</li><li>
Analytical and planning mindset</li><li>

Assistant Manager Supply Chain

<div>As our Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the link between our customers and our products. You'll help shoppers find the right fit, handle returns and exchanges with care, keep our support channels running smoothly, and spot the patterns that help us improve. It's a hands on, on-site role for someone organised, curious, and proactive.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Turn refund requests into happy exchanges by understanding what the customer really</li><li>
needs and offering the right solution.</li><li>
Answer sizing and fit questions before and after purchase, so customers order with</li><li>
confidence.</li><li>

 We're looking for a hands-on Program Associate to support the Manager in running day-to-day program operations while also leading the program's outreach, storytelling, and digital presence. This is a hybrid role for someone who can switch between fieldwork, documentation, and creative communication with equal energy.

 Strong writing skills in English and Urdu

 Willingness to do fieldwork, meet families, and tell their stories with dignity
