We're looking for a hands-on Program Associate to support the Manager in running day-to-day program operations while also leading the program's outreach, storytelling, and digital presence. This is a hybrid role for someone who can switch between fieldwork, documentation, and creative communication with equal energy.
Responsibilities:
Program Support

Assist the Manager with family assessments, training coordination, and follow-ups

Maintain records, attendance, and documentation for every cohort

Coordinate with trainers, partners, and beneficiaries on scheduling and logistics

Help track budgets, expenses, and reporting inputs

Marketing & Outreach

Build and run the program's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Capture and edit photos, videos, and beneficiary stories from the field

Write posts, captions, and short-form content that drive awareness and donor engagement

Design simple creatives, flyers, and reports using Canva or similar tools

Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and partner outreach

Track engagement metrics and report on what's working.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field

1–3 years of experience in program operations, social media, content creation, or NGO communications

Comfort with Canva, basic video editing (CapCut, Reels), and social media management

Strong writing skills in English and Urdu

Willingness to do fieldwork, meet families, and tell their stories with dignity

Self-starter who can juggle operations and creative work without dropping either
