A Social Media Coordinator in a hotel is responsible for managing the hotel's online presence and engaging with guests through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the hotel's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content, including photos, videos, promotions, and event updates.
Monitor social media channels and respond to guest inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly.
Promote hotel services, rooms, restaurants, events, and special offers through digital campaigns.
Coordinate with hotel departments to gather content and marketing information.
Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and campaign results.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new marketing ideas.
Assist in influencer collaborations and online advertising campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and digital marketing.
Photography, videography, and graphic design skills are an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
