About the Role

Sparking Asia is looking for a creative, energetic, and confident Social Media Manager Female to join our growing team. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable in front of the camera, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage social media platforms while supporting client-related tasks.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is passionate about content creation, branding, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience managing and growing social media accounts, particularly on:

Instagram (Required)

Facebook (Required)

X / Twitter (Required)

This role is perfect for someone who understands social media trends, audience engagement, content creation, and personal branding.

Responsibilities

* Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter accounts

* Create and schedule engaging content

* Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement

* Research trending topics and content ideas

* Assist with content planning and content calendars

* Write captions, hooks, and social media copy

* Repurpose content across multiple platforms

* Track performance and suggest improvements

* Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform changes

Requirements

* Strong experience with Instagram, Facebook, and X/Twitter

* Must be an active user of X/Twitter and understand how the platform works

* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)

* Comfortable using AI tools such as:

* ChatGPT

* Claude

* Gemini

* Ability to research and generate content ideas independently

* Strong written English communication skills

* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Skills

* Personal branding experience

* Content strategy development

* Short-form video creation

* Social media analytics and reporting

* Experience growing personal or business brands
