Espinoza Law Group &mdash; a growing and dynamic workers&rsquo; compensation and immigration law firm &mdash; is seeking a Workers&rsquo; Compensation Case Manager to join our team in Montebello, CA.This is a non-attorney/paralegal support role responsible for managing workers&rsquo; compensation cases, assisting attorneys, and providing exceptional service to injured workers.The position is primarily in-office, with hybrid work available after training and based on performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage an active caseload of workers&rsquo; compensation files from intake through resolution.</li><li>Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and ensure excellent service.</li><li>Request, organize, and review medical records, reports, and bills.</li><li>Draft and prepare WCAB forms and correspondence, including:</li><li>Applications for Adjudication</li><li>Declarations of Readiness</li><li>Objections and Petitions</li><li>Letters to adjusters, defense counsel, and medical providers</li><li>Track all deadlines, QME appointments, treatment status, hearings, and filings.</li><li>Coordinate depositions, interpreters, and litigation support services.</li><li>Prepare case summaries, medical chronologies, and supporting documents for attorney review.</li><li>Maintain accurate case notes in the firm&rsquo;s case management system.</li><li>Support attorneys with settlement preparation, including demand packets and rating documents.</li><li>Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and guided throughout their claim.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Min 2 years of workers&rsquo; compensation experience (case manager, legal assistant, paralegal, or claims assistant).</li><li>Knowledge of California WCAB procedures, medical terminology, and workers&rsquo; compensation timelines.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent client-service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong writing and drafting skills.</li><li>Comfortable working with digital case management software.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal).</li><li>Passion for helping injured workers and serving the community.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly or salary compensation (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>401(k) with employer match</li><li>Health, dental &amp; vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li><li>Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding</li></ul>Work Location<ul><li>In-office: Montebello, CA</li><li>Hybrid optional after training (not fully remote)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montebello, CA 90640
