Responsibilities:Project Execution &amp; Supervision:<ul><li>Oversee daily project operations, ensuring work is completed as per plans and schedules.</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Team &amp; Contractor Management:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.</li><li>Assign tasks to team members and ensure they meet deadlines.</li><li>Conduct regular site meetings to address issues and streamline workflows.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and company guidelines.</li><li>Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.</li><li>Address and resolve any on-site issues or deviations from plans.</li></ul>Health &amp; Safety Compliance:<ul><li>Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.</li><li>Report accidents or safety concerns and implement corrective measures.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain project records, including daily progress reports, material logs, and workforce attendance.</li><li>Assist in preparing project status reports for senior management.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of approvals, permits, and change orders.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Act as a bridge between site workers, project managers, and stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure clear communication of project requirements and changes to all team members.</li><li>Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in project supervision, construction, or interior project management.</li><li>Strong understanding of project management principles.</li><li>Experience in quality management (DIGIQC knowledge is a plus).</li><li>Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with construction safety regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working in a PMC (Project Management Consultancy) environment.</li><li>Familiarity with procurement and material management.</li><li>Ability to handle site challenges and implement quick solutions.</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Conditions:<ul><li>The role requires on-site presence with occasional office work.</li><li>May involve working in different project locations.</li><li>Physical activity, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting, may be required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,755.88 - &#8377;36,511.66 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>8.30 am is morning report time and evening it is based on site situations. - are you ok with this timing then and then only apply.</li><li>Ready to join on 15.04.2025 ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
