Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain clear and structured communication with clients, consultants, and back office team.
- Manage and coordinate contractors to ensure adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with contractors and stakeholders for planning and issue resolution.
- Facilitate smooth communication and address on-site concerns effectively.
- Ensure execution aligns with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Site Supervision & Management
- Ensure all activities are carried out as per approved guidelines, standards, and quality policies.
- Oversee the work of site personnel to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Drawing Review & Compliance
- Review and ensure proper implementation of project documentation as per approved ISO formats.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before further progress.
- Coordinate with consultants for necessary technical clarifications.
Project Progress Monitoring
- Develop and track project schedules and milestones.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
- Provide updates to stakeholders as per reporting protocols.
Meetings & Reporting
- Prepare meeting agenda, back data of meeting and circulate minutes of meeting in approved ISO format.
Technical Coordination
- Identify and address technical challenges through coordination with relevant Consultants and Project Coordinator.
- Ensure smooth resolution of issues to facilitate uninterrupted progress.
Quality & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee all aspects of quality management and ensure adherence to applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct necessary inspections via digiQC mobile application.
- Raise Site Instructions via using digiQC mobile application.
Inspection & Sample/ Mock-up Approval Process
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for necessary approvals.
- Ensure non-compliance issues are addressed promptly.
Material & Resource Management
- Verify timely procurement, storage, and utilization of resources while minimizing wastage.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain accurate records.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation as per approved standards and protocols.
- Maintain on site registers such as Cube Register, Delay Register, Pour Log, etc.
Risk Management & Safety Compliance
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
Site Organization & Cleanliness
- Implement effective housekeeping and waste management practices.
- Maintain an organized and compliant site environment.
Handover & Finalization
- Oversee the finalization process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Address pending concerns before final handover.
- Prepare Snag List and close all the pending points.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience of Building Construction.
- Basic understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office Suite (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and local building codes (preferred but can be learned on the job).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
