 Position Purpose / Brief
 
 
 
 The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across business functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process. This role will support workforce planning, drive sourcing strategies, and maintain data integrity across hiring systems.

 Position Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring will be an advantage.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills / Competencies Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel for hiring data management.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1 Talent Sourcing &amp; Screening
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for multiple functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pre-screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2 Stakeholder Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build JDs, and define timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3 Candidate Experience &amp; Closure
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage communications and ensure a smooth experience for candidates through all stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Roll out offers and manage post-offer engagement till joining.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4 MIS, Analytics &amp; Process Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with hiring SOPs, documentation, and background verification.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5 Employer Branding &amp; Campus Connect (as needed)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support employer branding initiatives through social media and content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in executing campus hiring drives and internship programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
