We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support our Business Development team in the UK market. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and maintaining CRM data. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Support the UK Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.</li><li>Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to generate qualified leads.</li><li>Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and other lead-generation channels.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.</li><li>Schedule meetings and appointments between potential clients and the UK Business Development team.</li><li>Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.</li><li>Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.</li></ul>Email Marketing &amp; Outreach<ul><li>Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase client engagement.</li><li>Create and maintain prospect databases for targeted outreach activities.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on lead generation results.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on marketing-generated leads.</li></ul>Social Media Marketing Support<ul><li>Coordinate and manage social media content schedules across relevant platforms.</li><li>Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing business-focused content to support brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>Monitor social media engagement and identify potential business opportunities arising from online interactions.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align social media activities with business objectives.</li></ul>CRM &amp; ZOHO Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, client interactions, and opportunities within ZOHO CRM.</li><li>Support the team in managing sales pipelines, workflows, and reporting through ZOHO.</li><li>Generate CRM reports and dashboards to track lead generation and business development activities.</li><li>Ensure data quality and consistency across CRM records.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Opportunity Identification<ul><li>Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within target industries.</li><li>Identify potential partnerships, projects, and business prospects in the UK and international markets.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business development initiatives.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Support, Telemarketing, or a similar role.</li><li>Experience with cold calling, email marketing, and outbound prospecting techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably ZOHO CRM.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling tools.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to research, identify, and qualify business opportunities independently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Experience supporting international sales teams, preferably in the UK market.</li><li>Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead nurturing techniques.</li><li>Experience working within the IT services, software development, or technology sector is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools is preferred.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Number of qualified leads generated per month.</li><li>Number of meetings booked for the UK Business Development team.</li><li>Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.</li><li>Effectiveness of email marketing campaigns (open rates, response rates, conversions).</li><li>Social media engagement and lead generation contribution.</li><li>Accuracy and completeness of ZOHO CRM data management.</li><li>Monthly contribution to business development and revenue growth targets.</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul><li>Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.</li><li>A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.</li><li>Enthusiasm for business growth, sales, and digital marketing.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with remote and international teams.</li></ul>Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
