Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Permanent Sales Staff (Female) to join our Bomb Cosmetics team at Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi.Candidates with their own valid visa (spouse/parent/freelance) will be given priority consideration. Prior experience in retail&mdash;preferably within the cosmetics, skincare, or beauty sector&mdash;is required.This permanent role requires a well-presented, energetic individual who can deliver excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and consistently contribute to achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist customers with a positive, friendly, and professional attitude</li><li>Provide accurate product knowledge and recommend suitable Bomb Cosmetics products</li><li>Actively contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets</li><li>Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly</li><li>Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing</li><li>Participate in product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities</li><li>Follow company grooming, hygiene, and dress code standards at all times</li><li>Support inventory replenishment, stock handling, and end-of-day sales reporting</li><li>Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily store operations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidates only</li><li>Own valid visa holders preferred (spouse / parent / freelance visa)</li><li>Proven experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail sales is mandatory</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills</li><li>Well-presented, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Willing to work mall operating hours, including weekends and public holidays</li></ul>Work Details<ul><li>Location: Bomb Cosmetics &ndash; Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi</li><li>Working Hours: 8&ndash;9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)</li><li>Weekly Off: 1 day per week</li><li>Employment Type: Permanent</li><li>Job Type: Full-time</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
